We ship within the United States and internationally through USPS. Orders will ship within 2-5 business days. You should receive an email notification with tracking number once your item ships.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and therefore tend to have variations from piece to piece (slight changes in color for example).
If you receive a damaged item, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery, and you will be reimbursed for shipping costs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Object, please notify us as soon as possible. Any items will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days from delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your return or exchange.
Please note we are not able to refund the shipping cost as it is paid directly to the carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your account will be credited within 15 days of receiving your return. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
